Departures puts your videos on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok at the dates and times you choose — from your own server, whether or not you're online.

What it replaces

Three platforms, three logins, every single day

If you publish to more than one place, the work isn't making the video. It's everything after.

The same upload, three times

One video means one upload to YouTube, another to Facebook, another to TikTok — each with its own title, description and waiting.

Being there at the right hour

A posting time only works if you're at your desk when it arrives. Miss it, and the slot is gone.

More brands, more of the same

Every extra page or channel multiplies the same routine, and nothing about it gets faster.

How it works

Set it up once. It runs on its own after that.

Four steps, and only the last one repeats.

1

Add a brand

Each brand gets its own folder and its own board — separate videos, separate accounts, separate schedule.

2

Connect the accounts

Add a destination for every channel or page you post to. One brand can publish to as many as you need.

3

Set the calendar

Choose how many videos a day, then pick the date and time for each one — a week ahead, or a month.

4

Add your videos

Upload them and tick where each should go. They leave in order, on their dates, without you.

What's inside

Everything is on one board

One row per video, one column per account, and a status in every cell. You can see where everything stands without opening anything.

The queue matrix

Every video against every account. Sent, queued, scheduled or failed — each cell says exactly which.

A calendar per account

Give each account its own dates and times. Your YouTube schedule doesn't have to match your TikTok one.

Its own clock

Set the country an account posts for, and 9am stays 9am for that audience — through daylight saving, on its own.

Publish next

Push one extra video out right away. It only ever sends something that isn't on the calendar, so your plan stays intact.

Checks before it queues

A landscape video won't be handed to TikTok or a Shorts channel. You're told which account refused it, and why.

Independent accounts

If one account fails, the others still go. Retry or skip that one alone, without touching the rest.

An activity log

What went out, where and when — plus the reason whenever something didn't.

Two ways to add videos

Upload through the browser with title, description and tags, or drop files into the brand's folder.

Your own server

It runs on your hosting, with your database and your credentials. Nothing lives on someone else's dashboard.

Where it posts

Three platforms, two routes

YouTube connects straight to your own Google project. Facebook and TikTok go through Postoria, which already holds the app reviews those platforms require.

Direct

YouTube

Connects to your channel with your own Google credentials. Long-form or Shorts, with visibility and category set per channel.

Via Postoria

Facebook

Publishes to your Pages through Postoria, so you don't need your own Meta app review to get started.

Via Postoria

TikTok

Posts publicly to your TikTok account, with the vertical check applied before anything is queued.

Scheduling

A fixed rhythm, or a plan by date

Set it per account, and change it whenever you like.

Every day, at set times

Pick how many videos a day and the hours they leave. Whatever is next in the queue goes out.

109:00
214:00
320:00

A date and time for each

Line up your month. The first video takes the first date, the next takes the one after, in order.

221 Jun · 14:00
322 Jun · 20:00

What you need

Worth knowing before you start

Nothing here is hidden in a footnote.

  • Your own hosting Shared hosting with PHP and MySQL is enough. It runs where your sites already run.
  • A scheduled task A cron job every ten minutes does the publishing. That's why a video leaves within about ten minutes of its time, not to the second.
  • A Google project for YouTube One project covers every channel you connect. You paste the same two credentials into each.
  • A Postoria account for Facebook and TikTok Those two publish through Postoria. Connect each page or account there once, then pick it here.
  • Vertical video for TikTok and Shorts Landscape is fine for YouTube long-form and Facebook. The board tells you before anything is queued.
